Artissimo NGO has been cooperating with QaylTech company for years, which is engaged in the creation of rehabilitation and auxiliary equipment, and innovative solutions. Within the framework of the cooperation, QaylTech provided the Voskeporik Development Center with the “Qaylaber” device, which implements a complete imitation of walking, and all the muscles that are activated during walking are in motion, restoring the function of walking, preventing or excluding the development of more than 30 diseases and exacerbations.
Today, “Qaylaber” has already been replaced by the children’s MetaGait, on which there are sensors that transfer the child’s step into a game in a synchronized manner, which he can follow through the screen placed in front of him.
The device aims to combine rehabilitation treatment with gaming methods, thus not only making the treatment more effective by influencing the brain but also turning it into an educational process and entertainment.
