Hovhannes Minasyan was born on March 1, 2014 in Dzoragyugh village of Gegharkunik region. The child’s development up to the age of 2 did not cause concern for the parent. Then, noticing that the child’s speech did not correspond to the speech level of his peers, Hovhannes was examined in Yerevan.

After a lot of searching, they found out about the Voskeporik Development Center in Martuni city, and the child started attending the center on May 10, 2020.

The boy’s mother says that Hovhannes was a very active and flexible child, but he had difficulty with integration and lack of contact, ability to point to things, and age-appropriate activities and speech.

“We have been attending Voskeporik Development Center for 4 years.” Due to the good work, today we have meaningful speech, contact, cognition, pointing, and number knowledge. Attending Voskeporik Development Center has changed our lives.
We are grateful to the Voskeporik staff, especially to the special educator and sensory integration specialist of the center, Anni Malkhasyan.”

We are happy to witness the success of Hovhannes, and become a part of that process. We are sure that we will have new achievements.
